Limited Number of Sliding Scale Slots Available
Under law, health care providers are required to give clients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services. You can request from your health care provider a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. For missed or cancelled appointments without a 24 hour notice, there will be a $100 fee charged. The practicing clinician is able to make an exception to the fee in event of a medical or family emergency at their discretion. If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be required to be rescheduled and treated as a no show with a $100 fee will be charged for missed appointment. There are no fees billed to OHP for missed or cancelled appointments. Please be aware that the practicing clinician is not paid in that instance.
